1.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
• Orders can take approximately 2-3 business days for in order to be processed and shipped (weekends are not included).
2. HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
• Checkout as a guest with PayPal and use your debit/credit card or check in as a PayPal user and complete a payment
• PayPal Users We understand that our policies may not coincide with PayPal’s policies, however, we do ask that our policies are taken into consideration BEFORE a purchase is made and respected.
3. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
• Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at email@example.com. One of our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you. Please note to check your junk folder as well as your email may have filtered into that folder.
4. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
• Your order will process for 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Additionally, please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS site.
5. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
• Our team will gladly assist you in the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE sending the product back. We WILL NOT accept any returns with damages without being notified beforehand.
• If you want to exchange your previously purchased item that was damaged when you received it, we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value. Please let us know immediately of any damages to the product.
6. DOES SHIPPING/DELIVERY TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS? WHAT IF I WANT MY ORDER SOONER?
• USPS time frame for delivery in the United States is approximately 3-5 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee earlier delivery beyond 5-7 business days. Sundays & Holiday orders excluded. Unfortunately, we do not offer express or overnight shipping. Our team is working on this feature for our customers.
• Orders placed during the Holidays can take extra time to process due to a higher volume of orders. We appreciate your patience at this time!
• Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team.
• As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under.
7. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
• We ship worldwide!
• Once shipped, you will receive either one or two emails with shipping information.
• International Orders are processed weekly
• International shipping takes roughly 10-25 business days in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or for any Customs Charges that may occur. We have no control over this. Orders shipped to an international destination may or may not require import taxes and/or fees that we are not responsible for paying. If you do not pay custom fees, your package will be sent back to us.
• Please contact your local government or postal service for more information on customs and duties.
• Once your package has left the U.S we are unable to track the package. The last tracking information you will be updated with is a sorting facility within the U.S. This is an indication that your package is with the Customs Department in your country.
• All International orders placed within 25 business days, we ask for your patience as your package is on its way to you.
• International delivery time frame is approximately 10-25 business days (Holidays & Weekends excluded)
• Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address or order after the order has been placed.
8.WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?
• Delivery can take anywhere from 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. We will try our best to have your order shipped next day but shipping may take up to five business days.
• All of the information on the whereabouts of your package can be seen by using your tracking number
• If after contacting USPS you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
9. I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER! WHAT DO I DO?
• This quick turnaround time does not allow much time. We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com to ensure that we do not ship your order. Once shipped, we aren't able to cancel.
• If you cancel your order, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee. We will take this from your cancelled order original payment.
