REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY

ALL RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, WITHOUT BAD ODOR, UNWASHED AND UNDAMAGED, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

SALE ITEMS, UNDERGARMETS, BODYSUITS, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, JELWERY, AND GIFT CARDS/E-GIFT CARDS ARE ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGE.

  •  Please read the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing.
  • If you want to exchange your previously purchased item that was damaged when you received it, please let us know immediately of any damages to the product, we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value of your original purchase Or Refund. There are no exchanges or returns for all sale items!
  • You must be APPROVED for an exchange BEFORE sending back your product or the product will be sent back to you. If we receive no notice, the item will be returned back to you. 
  • Notice of exchanges must be done within FIVE DAYS of customer receiving product.
  • We require that all exchanges are sent within FIVE DAYS. If this is done later than the FIVE-DAY window, we will not honor the exchange or refund. 
  • YOU MUST Pay for returning shipping charges. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES (RETURNS AND BACK TO THE CUSTOMER)
  • We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
  • One Exchange per purchase
  • There are no exchanges/returns on sale or promotional items
  • If you are wanting to exchange your purchased item, your new selection must be equal or greater value of your original purchase 
  • Once received, it may take up to 4 business weeks to process your exchange 
  • Please be sure that you have chosen the correct size of the item you would like to purchase.
  • Please enter the promotional code that you would like to use BEFORE completing your order for it cannot be added after purchase is made. 
  • Please be sure that all information is correct on your order before checking out.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS or items purchased during a sale.

 In order to exchange, you must pay for shipping back to us and back to you. Shipping costs are $21+.

 International delivery time frame is approximately 15-25 business days (Holidays & Weekends Excluded).

All International Orders are Final Sale.

 

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

 If you would like to cancel an order, please note that there is a restocking fee of $10. We will take this from your cancelled order original payment.
